Geeze...what now?
So, now we're havin' Mondays EVERY week??
What's up with that??
" Oh bother"...{in the words of Winnie the Pooh...Old Pooh..not new Pooh...}
{Note good gravity lesson in the imagery...'what goes up....must come down'..
..or maybe it's just a drawing..}
No wonder Pooh was soo befuddled..his head all bouncy on the stairs and all..
So for today, this will be my mantra:
Yes. I. Will.
How about you? In the words of Dr. Phil..
"Whada you tell yirself to git yir self goin'? And how's zat workin' fir ya?"
-Monday me...soon to be Totally Tuesday me.....actually, Sunday night me if we're being honest..

Your 'bird with a french fry' reminds me......I was in Long Beach, CA from 2005-2007 and I'd go down to a place on the pier and eat sometimes. Those dang seagulls would practically take the french fries right out of your mouth if they could get a good grip. I loved watching them, though.
At least I don't have to gey up early to go to work as I'm practising retirement until next Feb when i have another short contract. However Monday is house cleaning day. I try to get motivated by racing the clock. I try to beat my time each week. (Without much success)I had a phone call interupt me for 20 mins today. Hey did you see my seagulls eating chips (fries)?

I would tell myself to TURN OFF THE COMPUTER!
Speaking of a bird with a French fry...Last year, at O'Hare airport, we passed the time by watching a trapped starling cadge fries off other travelers. It really really loved those fries...and we loved watching the bird.
Thanks for a Monday up-lift!
And thanks, Colleen, for your visits over our way. You never fail to make us giggle. Your question on Rosie's blog actually led to an answer I never would have suspected... Chickens DO have ears apparently!

Hello, I found your blog through Julie. I loved the comment you left on her blog. It's very nice to meet you. You have a very nice blog here.
Mondays are such a bummer. But we're one day closer to the weekend.
Gotta love Mondays...cause they show up every week!
Stay Cozy, Carrie
