In answer to a couple of questions..

Yes, it was.

So, once or twice a month I really don't worry about it. If I want it bad enough, and I pace myself, I have it.

Can you figure out the questions?

"Was Julie & Julia worth seeing?"

Loved it........it was not "oh that's the best movie ever" but it made me happy and I left the theater smiling and appreciating Meryl Streep even more.

"Mexican food on Weight Watchers?"

I don't watch my Weight Watchers every minute. I figure this was it has allowed me to loose the weight that I have and still look forward to eating with delight and abandon - just not every day.

I had been planning this meal for 2 weeks. It's what makes it do-able for me. (results are not typical..just a wee disclaimer) Like I said, it has worked for me and this way I know I can have ANYTHING I want, just not all the time..like before. :-)

OK, so this "work from home" thingy. Not what I had expected. Not certain I liked it all that much.

I mean, I was in my jammies ( and felt kind of sloppy) but I was tied to the computer screen (we do "live" chats) .

Couldn't cuddle back in bed..although it didn't stop Lulu..

At work, it doesn't seem like such a chore, but at home, I kept seeing things I'd like to be doing but couldn't.

My art room kept calling..."Colllllleen, come and play..you know you wanna.."

"No, I have to work.."

"ah, come on..no one will see you"

"Yeah, but if someone wants a chat session, I might not be here and that's what I am getting paid for. So be quiet."

"party pooper. Fine. Just go to work tomorrow. But plan on being happy to come home, OK?"

"OK. I think I'll do work at work and be off at home. Kinda like the separation, you know?"

"Yeah, I think I do."

Hey, wanna see what cute things I got at an estate sale this week-end?

WooHoo! Lookie that! Probably the world's oldest Best Foods jar..

Not one but TWO old lunch boxes..

Some great old lace thingys..

Two great small cases - one with a mirror and one that looks like it might have belonged to a Doctor - it had rolls and rolls of bandages inside..

A few just-things that I like: locks with the keys hanging from twine, old measuring spoons, a bar of old soap, house numbers, a roll of bias tape (yellow) , some really old-looking Jello molds, a thing of waxed twine and a red-handled thingy that I don't know what it's for..

I'm gunna have some fun now, huh? Or at least when I can answer the craft-room's call :-)

Did you find any great thingys?

Love the sign over your bedroom window...how very, very true! And, Lulu in the picture makes it perfect.

My favorite of all your finds this weekend is the dishtowel with the embroidered cowgirl and cowboy...what talent some folks have.

Nice treasures.

Great auction finds!
I don't think I could work from home. My brother does it and he's all business in his office and that just amazes me. I'm just not disciplined enough and I'd screw off and have to fire myself :)

Have a super day and thanks for visiting!
