OK, so this man is a grandfather, a listener of Country music almost exclusively.... He loves fast food and loves to eat.. Those are important to this entry..
..and remember, he only watches one TV channel for 2.5 minutes at a time...

You two make such a happy looking couple. I bet you have lots of laughs together. I believe they mellow as they get older and suprise you with their comments and actions.
The other day as I left for work, he said, "I've got to buy some ingredients this morning because I'm going to Paul's place and he's going to show me how to cook biscuits." (I'm eating one now...not bad")
I love it!!! Just when you think you got 'em figured out, they surprise you. After 32 years, I still look and mine every once in awhile and think "who are you?" But I guess that's what keeps us going. The pic at the end of your post is really good. Thanks for sharing your best friend with us.

Jack's sense of humor was one of the first things I noticed about him...ONE of the first, I say.
My hair is really fine and one evening we went to friends' house for dinner. As we exited the car, the wind came up. I exclaimed, "My hair is blowing!"...to which he replied, "Yeah, both of them."
He's kept me laughing for 35+ years.
