What a great day..

Sometimes I have these great, nothin-spectacular-regular-normal-just great day days. And today was one of them.

From the warmth of our walk this morning (no snow, no rain and no cold wind - yay!) to hearing the Morning doves ( I know, I know. It's Mourning doves..but I prefer my way better .Mornin! :-) doves) to the distinctive sound of Canadian geese and looking up and waiting, waiting...oh there they are! overhead.

Getting home and smelling the great veggies Mr. B is making for my week ahead. And realizing I am spending the rest of my time on earth with the loves of my life.

As I age {gracefully} I know it is these days that matter. The normal, not-anything-exciting-plain-old-laundry day-days that make me the most happy. And thankful.

Dear God,
Thank you. For everything. Seriously. Thank You....
Love,
-me

Amazing what Spring can do for you. Enjoy!Enjoy! As we get older we seem to find joy in simpler things. Just waking up every morning is a bonus.

That's so sweet. Nothing like a great day to feel that kinship.

Loved your post. Think as we age things get simpler for us. Little things can make you happy because we have a more peaceful spirit. At least I think I do. I take some time to think about something besides me and mine.
Right now I'm wishing you and yours blessings for tonight and all the tomorrows.
Smiles,
Pat
