Took my video camera to the nursing home today...

...and when I heard music coming from the rec room , thought I'd stick my head in and see what was up..

Found these two "seniors" dancing in their walkers...and "Pops" has a head-set on! Technology is not wasted on the young..

My daughter told me about this dance this morning... told me I had to come see for my self. I'm so glad I did... ha ha

This is the best idea in ages for those who are in N.H.'s, etc. I have seen several articles in the newspapers stating that iPods are becoming the "in" thing.
When my husband was in the VA, they would have small bands come in and play the music from the '40's and '50's, and it was great watching the patients gradually start to sing and move.

How nice of you to do that for the patients!
