What a great mail-day!

I love it when the mail man stops by the house. Well, most of the time. Don't like t bills. Or junk mail.

But sometimes....he make me VERY happy...like yesterday.

Lookie what he brought me...

Is this the most awesome envelope ever??!!?? Here, let me get closer....

Oh, I can do better than that....

Hand-painted and addressed to me....

It's from Laurie @http://lauriescharmingdesigns.blogspot.com/ She sent me this beautiful envelope....and there was even something inside...

Seems she read and enjoyed the Dandelion post..and she created this chalkboard for me - Can you even imagine my delight??

The detail is fantastic....

I have to find the perfect place for this - such a treasure...something I will have forever to remind me of the great friends I have made right here on this blog.

I think I'll ask Mr. b to make me a shelf where I can put my book on Ireland, and all the Ireland souvenirs from Pan and Angie ( http://whitemorn.typepad.com/the_old_schoolhouse/ ) and now this Dandelion treasure.

How can I adequately thank you in words....um...thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou

very very very much!!!

I am a very fortunate person to have found this outlet, this great meeting-hall for all of us who have similar likes, values and sense of humor to meet, talk, listen, write and create.

There are days when you are all in my thoughts, prayers and writings. Days when maybe I am a little down, or feeling crummy. But all I have to do is come here, then link on to your sites and it's like going for a soda with friends after school.

I appreciate everyone of you. Everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..

(Mr. B also thanks you. Because of this blog, I no longer have to "empty my head" while he's trying to go to sleep at night!)

Have a great tomorrow..

-me

We are all truly blessed, aren't we! What a precious gift! I know you'll treasure it forever.
I feel the same way you do about all the friends I've made out in blogland! The only thing that I truly regret is that some of them I'll never, ever meet in person! OH..by the way...if you ever get to Vegas, let me know and we'll meet somewhere for that coke! : )
