Busy busy busy...

...I know that's what we all are on the week-ends. What with Mother's Day just around the corner and all..

So this will be short tonight..just a couple of recipes that Mr. B really, really REALLY liked this week..

The first is a Weight Watcher's one..the second is the anecdote for the Weight Watcher's one..

Both are easy & srumptious...

The first is Horseradish Hamburgers...and no, I am not a big fan of horseradish, but these have just enough along with the seasoned breadcrumbs to make this really really good.

This second one is YUM-OOOOO! We had it tonight. And my mouth is still happy! (Oh, "we" don't like Miracle Whip - so I used Mayonaise..Oh, Oh, and I added more walnuts than it called for - probably about a cup...Yeah, I'm bad....)

So there you have it. One great recipe that's good and good for you.
And one that's just plain good...(and probably good for your cardiologist!)
Have a great Saturday!

On Mother's Day...accommodate no one! Love that saying. You have a fun time, as usual. Love ya.

Colleen, you always make me laugh (insert big smiles here). Love the chicken recipe, not sure about dandelion jelly. Hmmm? I'm with you on the good neighbours thing, we do need them.
Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day. My tribe are all coming for lunch. It was going to be a picnic, but after a week of gorgeous weather, NOW it turns lousy. Oh well, we'll have a picnic in the Lounge Room. Hope you get spoilt.
Hugs, Coll :-}
