Tall Blondes..

It was a book and a TV special report thingy by Lynn Shear..

about Giraffes.

I admit it..I love giraffes.

I do.

Giraffes and doors. And ribbon..

But this post is about giraffes..gentle, beautiful, soft..sort of goofy..

How can anyone look at these photos an not love them...

Well. I do. Love them.. What animal can you not resist?

Oh, it's not like I can go to the pet store and bring one home with me...

And they don't really have Humane Society Adopt-a-thons on the week-ends..

But, if I could.....

Have a great Sunday..and try to be all giraffe-like...tall, beautiful and soft...and sort of goofy..

Hey, I can do the 'GOOFY' part real well! I've always admired how graceful giraffe's are when they walk. But I couldn't be one...I'm too scared of heights!
My favorite animal? hmmmm...I like all baby animals, they're so cute!
You have a great Sunday too Colleen.

Everyone knows my favorite animals are penguins but giraffes come in a close second.

Cats...plain old cats are my favorites...always have been, but if I were to choose a "wild" thing...pandas. That's what. Ever since I read that Captain Kangaroo book about the discovery of pandas... Great collection of giraffes!

I am so with you on giraffes!

Those eyes! The splayed legs when they drink, the soft velvety nose....and the goofiness! Great pics!

How did I miss this one????! I L-O-V-E giraffes. Really I do. They melt my heart in the best of ways :)

Maybe we need to take a field trip to the zoo. I'm sure someone could talk to us about DNA there to make it work-related. Heh heh.

Wanna see what I've been up to ??
