I used to be 5...

...a V.E.R.Y. long time ago...

..but, really, it went by so fast..

...just like this little one, Ella, who is 5 years old today.

Better catch her Mommy, before she's off to collage...

We are all in love with this little firecracker - a ham for the camera..

She was a special gift for a daughter who didn't know her way in the world - she saved that daughter and gave her direction.

She's her Daddy's joy and has him wrapped around her little finger...

And I get to spend her 5th birthday with her. And we will have a tea party at the American Girl store in Manhattan.

And we will look pretty and have cake.

And we will remember this day.....forever.

I love you Ella Ireland - Happy Birthday, Jellybean!

Love,
Grammie
