Life's never dull on Main Street...

So, this morning while pulling back the front curtains so the pup's window seat gets some sun, I noticed 2 young girls near the neighbor boy's car across the street..

Didn't see the boy, but I wasn't worried - those two looked pretty harmless..

AhHa..that's where I'd be wrong...

What they did to his car was, well...

hILarIOuS!

The wrapped the entire car in newspapers..even the antenna!

Took them at least 3 hours...

I finally was leaving to walk the dogs and told them they were doing a good job and were they planning on taking pictures?

"Oh, I forgot my camera..darn"

"You can use mine" says me.."..and just let me know your email address and I'll send you them..

So..

It was the highlight of our day..and anyone who happened to drive down the street today including a police car ..

who, after seeing this and telling the girls what a good job they had done, went and got another police car to see it also..

Like I said, life's never dull here on Main Street :-)

I love it when I see good, clean fun..and this was a hoot..

SO tomorrow, go our and have a Funday-Sunday :-)

That was a good one. I have never seen a car covered in newpapers before. Were the girls asking him to a dance or something? I sure hope he felt loved!
I also love your husband's comments on the video. that was great. I am still laughing!

Makes you wonder whether the girls "loved" him or "hated" him!!! Funny tho, either way....

I like the way the boy calmly and carefully took the paper off. No anger obvious which is a pleasant thing to see these days. It must have been fun to watch.
On the last day of school last year school leavers wrapped every car in the street with plastic wrap.
I love Mr B's accent.

This is funny! The girls took 3 hrs to wrap it and he took about 5 minutes to remove. They made it easy for him though. Looked like everything was taped together. Very cute! Good thing it didn't rain :) I'm just starting a blog, if you want to join it!

That's funny! My girlfriend recently put a for sale sign in front of my house! It said, FOR SALE, call DARLA (damn cheap)

I'm going to get her back and have been waiting for the right inspiration and this just may be it! ha

I love that age group. I've tp'd many a yard in my career as raising teenagers and I loved it. Then there was the time when the daughter was 16 and she ballooned some guy's car inside and out. I was up all night blowing up balloons and then stuffing that car with them. Gee--I had to go along. They were too young to drive. :)))

Poor 31 did look a bit dejected. Wait a minute? Are you and Mr. B accessories to some crime? Ha! Fun stuff! Did you ask them to come back next weekend for more blog fodder?

That's a good one, I've never seen that done before. Harmless and they didn't hurt the car at all!

That's funny. I wonder what he did to deserve garner such attention. If we're talking teenage girls probably not that much. In fact, I'd guess that one of them lost a bet..
