You shop. You worry. You greet. You stay up late. You laugh, you cry, you eat, you open and hug...
You volunteer, you visit....
You pay respects..
You play..you enjoy..
..you are the faces we love.
You rest, you gather..
Love, laughter, pride, exhaustion..extreme pride.
Then pfftt...
It's over. It's 'good-bye, drive safely, call when you get home..we love you and miss you already..
And you cry, you miss you worry. You do laundry and try to get back to normal.And you sleep...
And Monday comes and you are back to 'normal'...
And we are grateful and blessed.
And we have so much to be thankful for.

Thanksgiving sure looks like a lot of fun, family and food. You went all out to make the most of it and what a great record of the event on your post. It also looks like it might be a bit tiring and I'm glad to see you had time to put your feet up.

It looks like you all had a wonderful time! Hubby & I had a nice Thanksgiving, but our kids live too far away to visit. Maybe another year?

Yes it is worth it, I may complain and fuss but wouldn't change one moment of Thanksgiving. Glad you had a memorable one and we have so much to be thankful for. God Bless.
