"It's beginning to look a lot like.....

...Columbus Day??"

"I'm dreaming of a white.......Columbus Day??

Well, if Mr. Columbus had sailed to Utah (?) , he may have been greeted by...snow!

Yeppers, today was the beginning of "Chilly-wompers" season. Braxton even had to wear his little turtle-necked sweater...I know people think I'm a bad Dog-Ma because only Braxie wears a sweater...but they don't know Lulu...She would never be caught in a sweater..we've tried.

I think maybe it's because she has such different fur than Braxton...or she has a better fashion sense!!

Anyway, yes, we awoke to snow on the ground...and in the trees...and on the flowers...

And to think just Friday we were at the local Pumpkin Festival....just a "neighborhood" kind of thing..to support the Community Gardens...

this is an old door....

Love this bike....

Look how much fun we had.....

Daughter-in-law finding the PerFeCT one!

Beautiful mountains, beautiful kids, beautiful pumpkins...

Teensy-tiny pumpkins (I think..) I got the one with the corkscrew curly-thingy!

Happy, silly shoppers...

Joyful 1 - Sacha...(my sweet boss...)

Hope you enjoyed your week-end as much as we did..

Have a lovely Columbus Day, and stay warm!!

I'm SOOOOO jealous. If you know any job, man, or devious plan to help me get back to Utah, I'll take it. I'm very tired of AZ and heat. I have never gotten used to no seasons down here. They just have media ones. Somebody to tell us what season it is. Have fun. Wish I was there.

I am amazed by how colourful the pumpkins are. Here in New Zealand we have a sort of mild orange or a yuck grey - nothing pretty like these. That pink one is incredible. No wonder Americans do *stuff* with pumpkins. Fantastic!
