High fiber cereal with fiber-added yogurt.

Salad...lots of salad...grape tomatoes....shedded carrots...back beans...cucumbers...cantalope...
Water-drink-mix with added fiber! (??) What, do they shred the cardboard box & put it in the mix??
Acron squash with black beans, tomatoes and pine nuts...

Have you ever seen one of those inflatable boats that you pull the string and it pops up to the fullest??
Yeah........that's me tonight.
Guess we wouldn't have a "fuel shortage" if they could harness all my..............energy.
I wonder how many points are in one bottle to Tums??
Or are they considered an "after dinner mint"?
