Oh, my poor feet....

OK, so you all know me ...

and hopefully, you know that I wouldn't suggest a product unless:
1. I was being paid to do so
or
B. I really really loved it..and it works..

I'm NOT being paid to suggest this one so that leaves I really really love it and it works.

I have...had..terribly cracked, dry feet ..

The kind I never wore sandals in the summer...socks would..ick...catch on the roughness..

Whenever my friends wanted to go for a pedicure - I'd have them include me OUT.

I've tried it all..Bag Balm...blah..bad smell and didn't consistently fix the problem..

The Ped-Egg - I thought this was the answer to my dreams..but alas, it was not...oh it worked for the day, but by the next day the roughness was back..

I even tried.....Murphy's Oil Soap...yep...slather it on and wrapped my feet in plastic bags then put socks on top...

In the middle of the night I had to go potty. One step out of bed and the bags started slipping and I think by the time I skated into the bathroom, arms flailing and trying to regain balance...heart pounding..3/4 of my hard wood floors were clean and polished.

Well, I guess it wasn't in vain after all...huh?

So when I saw this I thought, "Yeah..right..the "miracle" is that they got our money..I'm going to prove this one wrong as well...

And, the first few days..maybe even a week of daily creaming..I KNEW I was right and they were full of b.o.l.o.g.n.a and my money...

But wait...they're starting to...soften....and no rough edges...and no dry cracked skin...

Hmmm...could this be true?

Yep. It is. Daily use. DAILY. Right after the shower when your skin is slightly damp and able to absorb all that great cream.

Then on with the socks.

This is me. Happy me. Smooth footed me.

Thumbs up for Miracle Foot Cream...and this darling book from Mr. B V.2 and Colette....

So, if you have dry, cracked winter feet, I can recommended this from first hand (or first FOOT) knowledge!

Have a great Sunday..

(commercial over..we now return to normal blogging..) heehee

Hey, that sounds like a great product! I think I'll try it, so that whenever I put my foot in my mouth, it won't scratch my tongue!

OH my goodness....I am going to have to remember to go to the bathroom BEFORE I read your blog!

I peed my pants reading about the Murphy Oil soap and baggies.

From one cracked sole to another...I will give it a try!

Have a great week!

I love Murphy's but only on my woodwork!! That sounded too dangerous for me who trips over my own boots!! I've decided the only way to keep my feet really nice is to continue getting pedicures year round. Know they are costly but even just once a month in Winter helps with the dryness and that painful cracking. As my Granddaughter said (note, she's always on my side that's how I got my new car) - Grandma, you're worth it!! Glad you are pleased with a product which perhaps will live up to it's promises.

Now about Paris - what a shame you didn't go with your daughter at least once - you certainly deserved it I know. I do hope you get there Colleen - you would write such thought provoking, hilarious notes about the French I just know!

I will have to try that! I heard of wiping your feet with stridex pads and then putting vaseline on and socks overnight. I just use vaseline, it seems to do the trick...

My feet are terrible dry and cracked. The cream does work but you have to use it often and lots of it. I have used it with the ped-egg and again...they work but it's an ongoing thing. And that's what I DON'T want to do.

Bag Balm....ew! Stinky pooh! If I want an evening in by myself I crawl in bed turn the TV on and and slather my feet with the yucky stuff! My kids will come in to bug me with something or other and say, "Ewww, you have that crap on again!" and run out! Hate the stink, love the peace!
