{ the snow was on the ground. I wasn't....Yeah, I didn't wake up IN snow..TO snow....just to be clear..}
I don't know about you..but I love to LOOK at snow. Look at it. Just look..look look look look...
Walk in it? No.
Get the pups dressed so they can walk in it? Not so much...
Spinning in a one-ton-box-of-metal-at-65-MPH with other people who really hate driving in snow...
OK - that one could be kinda fun...but ..
But it is what it is..and right now it's Utah in October. Or October in Utah..whatever..
Not really all that bad..
It's just that I was thinking yesterday how fun it was to crunch all those yellow and red leaves..and see them whirling and dancing in the wind..
Now they all look like dresses the morning after the prom..disheveled and wrinkly..and a little sad.
The snow has left for today..but I think it may be a wet and snowy season this year.
Bring on the hot cider and warm blankets..I'm ready.
"Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it,
and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth
seeking the successive autumns."

Ah, Logan--Cache Valley--ya gotta love it. Go Aggies. I hated the wind with snow especially. (I never had a car in college and had to walk everywhere.) It's pretty to SEE now that I live in AZ.
Oh no! Not this soon... Well as I told Brenda at It's A Beautiful Life, I hope that it doesn't come back for weeks.
I am so not ready for snow! Fall is good but not on my windy mountain with sage brush! AsI go down the street in the older sections I see beautiful large trees changing color and it is yummy! Glad you like the fall I like seeing your pictures on your neighborhood walks each year. Have fun! Pearl
Snow? No!!! I hope not for a while in MI, I'm enjoying the fall! I shiver to think...
i loved waking up to it this morning. it was sure unexpected this low in the valley( i think) at least i wasn't expecting it cause you know those weathermen, they never get it right!
Snow already! Yep me too just like to look, not live in it.
No! Please! Not already! No snow here in New England yet. I always hope we can make it through Halloween without snow!
Guess you have the dubious pleasure of being the first blog I've read, to say they saw snow.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!
LOL!
And in my neck of the woods, it's silly warm. 60 degrees at 9:30am already. Oh that Mother Nature. She loves to show her feminine side. Being fickle, with what weather she spreads around, I mean... :-)
I love the first snowfall of the season - the key word here is "season". Fall is NOT the season.
Pretty though
