You have to work fast when they come out to pop the seals on then tighten the rings -then it just waiting for the "Ping"!
Can yo hear that?? They're ping-ing!!!! I'm no canner-type-person, but I've been told that's how you know it's sealed...The cake seemed to be separating a little from the fruit, so, in honor of it's name...we turned them...UpSideDown!
How fun would this be at a dinner party to serve these little babies to individuals, complete with a little whipped cream garnish, or some mint leaves or....ohmygosh...a tiny umbrella!!
