Zumba in the park.....

It was a beautiful week-end....and it was special daughter April & grandgirlie Emily came to visit from Colorado..

We all went to Zumba in the park on Saturday morning and it was great..how can it not be when we get to look at those mountains! ??

We found some hummingbird feeders last year that stick on the window with those suction-thingies..

..and we get to see them 'up close & personal" this year..we have a front row seat for sure..

So far we've seen 3 or 4 different ones..mostly males I think by the elaborate colors..and one little plain-Jane girly..she's also petite..

..well..as petite as a hummingbird can be without disappearing..

Yeah..I know this isn't a hummer..I think he was "security"...

Emily, who is 11, has quite an eye for photography..she took these photos of the hummers and of Braxton & Lulu..

Now, she's got talent, huh?!

Hope your weekend was spent with loved ones and you had a chance to enjoy some beautiful weather as well..

Have a joyous week, 'K??

I should join that but I'm so uncoordinated when it comes to dancing. Do they have like a baby class for people like me?

What fun to have your daughter and grandgirlie visiting. Yes, Emily does have an eye for photography. That capture of the hummingbird with all the bokeh is amazing.

Yes, your Emily is a budding photographer.

Love your new Header pic.

Don't the humming birds fly into the window, by mistake, with the feeder attached right to the out side of the window?

Did you see my recent posts about hummingbird failure? Did you put those pictures on to mock me? No! I'm sure you're too nice for that. But I am suitably jealous. Hummingbirds hate me! Zumba and I?? I think not. Looks way too healthy and excercisy. I love the header picture too. Zumba on...

Zumba in the park?! That's the best idea ever! I've been doing more Zumba lately... only indoors. My family gave me the Wii version of it, so that actually is kind of nice since it has full 20, 45 or 60 minute workouts. It fits into my schedule well. And good work on the hummingbirds too. I always wondered if those actually worked!

I would do Zumba every day if I could do it in the park.
