My my my...

..how can I be on the computer sooo much, and not get back to visiting all of you?

One word: Pinterest

but, oh, how I love it.  Someone said it's like getting a new magazine every day..'cos we all know we do love the photos, right?

So today, after Zumba, and before Mr. B decided to take his Mom and I to Texas Roadhouse for a late lunch..

I tried something I had heard about but was a little nervous to try..

Spinach Smoothies :-)

Yep, you read that right..green, leafy, fresh spinach..well, OK, along with a banana and a handful of grapes and a shot of sugar-free pancake syrup..and Greek yogurt and a splash of Almond milk..

..but was it ever good!  A little crushed ice..thick and creamy and.....green.

But ya know..there's the drink, grasshoppers, and mint ice cream..and mint juleps..{don't know if they are really green..but maybe..?}

So, my suggestion? Try it.  High in protein, low in fat & sugar, it's sort of a super-food.

And, it's super-good..

Oh..ans I do believe it would be even bertter if it were made in this rockin' retro blender!

As you probably know, I am loving Pinterest too. I keep checking yours and sometimes I see that you have repinned some of mine. Fun fun fun!

Plus I got a great gift idea that I can make for everyone in the family from Pinterest! Now I am finding odds and ends of fabrics I have to use for the gifts. Yay!

I've accounted with Pinterest, looked at it, tried to figure it out, looked at it again - . . . I just can't get into it. However, I can well imagine the day when Blogger will be gone like the Typewriter went.

I am Pinterest preoccupied all right! And proud of it. I've heard the green smoothie is great. I'm not a smoothie lover, but I'll take your word for it. The blender is cute.

I am trying to stay away from Pinterest. I really am trying. Some people say very trying. I shall have to think about the spinach drink...
Organ donor so much fun. Only you could pull that off.

I have been drinking green smoothies for quite a while and they make a difference, I really do feel better. I can't have bananas right now so I put stevia and strawberries, lemon juice...spinach and blend!! not much because of the diet, but it works!

I love smoothies! I've been wanting to try spinach in mine too but haven't just yet. I will now that I know you tried it, I trust you :)
One of my standby smoothies is just 1 chopped up frozen banana, 1 c. skim milk or vanilla soy milk and about a heaping tablespoon of fat free/sugar free instant pudding mix. So good!

Wanna see what I've been up to ??
