Connor's coming to visit this Saturday..

..and we couldn't be more excited!

This is the first time he will be visiting us by himself..all grown up..a high school graduate..

I'm hoping we don't scare him with our loud lifestyle....or our weirdness...or just being us..

If we embarrass him, well..then we've done our jobs -

We cleared out the art room...and got rid of more stuff...and have now a little bitty guest room ..for..uh...little bitty guests?

maybe..and for a little bitty time?

Love this cheap inexpensive sort-of-futon we found at Target..fits well and can be a good reading sofa when it's not being used as a guest room.

Does life get any better?  Maybe for some..but for me? This is pretty darned good ;-)

What a handsome young man Conner turned out to be. He's going to love staying with you, I know it! How can he not love your sense of humor! Enjoy your time together, and I love the futon in your craft room. I've been thinking of getting one for mine, didn't know they made them this nice! Have a happy Colleen!

How exciting for you. Time with a grandson. The best thing about having visitors is that your house gets a tidy as well as having fun with them. I'm sure you'll both have a good time

I'm sure Conner will enjoy his time with the two of you. And he has a lot to look at while he is resting on that futon in your craft room. :) Have a great rest of the week. Tammy PS I always see faces and profiles in marbled tiles while I am in the john. ha!

Keep that futon there after he leaves. I'm next! I can't gaurantee that the craft supplies won't be played with though.
